"one way to get rid of plateaus are constant change, your body gets used to your normal routine. if you are eating very healthy and little add more "fatty" stuff here and there or eat more, this will cause your body to work harder to break down the food causing weight loss.. are exercise more or less depending on what you are currently doing. if you are focusing on weight training only try more yoga and vise versa.. its just about change and variety! "Plateau-wise i hit one recently but i like decided to up my calories a lil more and keep them constant for a whole week instead of fluctuating them, so i just ate 1200 everyday and i was worried it would make me gain but i lost two pounds that week, even though i was eating more than i had been when i wasn't losing."

"When I hit a plateau I take a couple of rest days and then switch up my workout. Like add more resistance or change the ground (if i'm running, Like i'll run over concrete then run in the fields) and i'll swim. Add more resistance if changing isn't possible. For meals I mainly eat Chicken, Potato, Carrots, Sweetcorn, brocoli, Coliflour and I snack on fruit and avoid white bread."
